Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend, to all destinations served.

Shipping in 6 to 10 days, preparation included, Monday to Saturday, tracking included, free.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships. You can enter it on the Order tracking page.

Delay

In accordance with consumer law, if your order is not delivered within the stated time, you may require us to deliver within a reasonable additional period; failing that, you may cancel the sale and obtain a full refund within 14 days.

Lost or damaged package

The risk of transport is ours until the package is actually handed over. A package that is lost or arrives damaged is resent or refunded at our expense.
