Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase, to all destinations we serve.

Delivery time

Delivery in 6 to 10 days, handling included, Monday to Saturday, tracking included, free.

Carrier: tracked shipping.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can enter it on the Order Tracking page.

Delays

Under consumer law, if your order is not delivered within the stated time, you may ask us to deliver within an additional reasonable period; failing that, you may cancel the sale and obtain a full refund within 14 days.

Lost or damaged package

The risk of transport is ours until the package is actually handed over. A package that is lost or arrives damaged is reshipped or refunded at our expense.
